Przetwarzane przez nas Państwa dane osobowe otrzymaliśmy od Państwa dobrowolnie podczas wyrażenia zgody na przesłanie newslettera, dokonania wpisu na naszej stronie bądź w związku z innymi działaniami dokonywanymi przez Państwa przy zakupie towarów.
III. Cele i podstawa prawna przetwarzania
Państwa dane osobowe w postaci imienia i nazwiska, numeru NIP, adresu zamieszkania, adresu wysyłki, adresu e-mail, numeru telefonu:
1) na podstawie odrębnej zgody, tj. na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO, w celu:
- a) umożliwienia Państwu kontaktu z naszą firmą za pomocą formularza kontaktowego bądź inną dostępną na naszej stronie formą kontaktu,
- b) obsługi newslettera,
2) na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO w celu podjęcia działań przed zawarciem umowy na żądanie osoby, której dane dotyczą lub wykonania umowy, której stroną jest ta osoba,
3) na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w celu wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na Administratorze.
- Odbiorcy danych
Państwa dane osobowe możemy udostępniać następującym kategoriom podmiotów: firmom księgowym, firmom kurierskim i firmom obsługującym system informatyczny oraz system płatności elektronicznej. Podmioty te przetwarzają dane na podstawie umowy z nami i tylko zgodnie z naszymi poleceniami. Nie przekazujemy Państwa danych poza teren Polski/UE/Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego.
- Okres przechowywania danych
- Dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu zawarcia lub wykonania umowy oraz wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego Administratora będą przechowywane przez okres obowiązywania umowy, a po jego upływie przez okres niezbędny do:
1) posprzedażowej obsługi klientów (np. obsługi reklamacji),
2) zabezpieczenia lub dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń przysługujących Administratorowi,
3) wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego Administratora (wynikającego np. z przepisów podatkowych lub rachunkowych).
- Dane osobowe przetwarzane na podstawie odrębnej zgody będą przechowywane do czasu jej odwołania.
- Prawa osoby, której dotyczą przetwarzane dane osobowe
Przysługuje Państwu prawo dostępu do swoich danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii, prawo do sprostowania (poprawiania) swoich danych, prawo do usunięcia danych (jeżeli Państwa zdaniem nie ma podstaw do tego, abyśmy przetwarzali Państwa dane, mogą Państwo zażądać, abyśmy je usunęli), prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych (mogą Państwo zażądać, abyśmy ograniczyli przetwarzanie Państwa danych osobowych wyłącznie do ich przechowywania lub wykonywania uzgodnionych z Państwem działań, jeżeli Państwa zdaniem mamy nieprawidłowe dane na Państwa temat lub przetwarzamy je bezpodstawnie), prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (Generalnego Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych,

III. Purposes and legal basis for processing
Your personal data in the form of name and surname, tax identification number, residence address, shipping address, email address, telephone number:
1) on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. and the GDPR, in order to:
a) enabling you to contact our company using the contact form or other contact form available on our website,
b) servicing the newsletter,
2) pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject or performance of the contract to which the person is a party,
3) pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.
Data recipients
We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of entities: accounting companies, courier companies and companies operating an IT system and an electronic payment system. These entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.
Data storage period
Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:
1) after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling),
2) secure or pursue any claims due to the Administrator,
3) fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligation (resulting e.g. from tax or accounting regulations).
Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be stored until its revocation.
1. Rights of the person to whom the personal data processed relate
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify (correct) your data, the right to delete data (if you think there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it), the right to limit data processing (you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to their storage or performance of activities agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we process it unreasonably), the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer data, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal ).
