We hereby provide information on your personal data that we process.

We have received your personal data processed by us voluntarily when agreeing to send the newsletter, make an entry on our website or in connection with other activities you make when buying goods.

III. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Your personal data in the form of name and surname, tax identification number, residence address, shipping address, email address, telephone number:

1) on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. and the GDPR, in order to:

a) enabling you to contact our company using the contact form or other contact form available on our website,
b) servicing the newsletter,
2) pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject or performance of the contract to which the person is a party,

3) pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

Data recipients
We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of entities: accounting companies, courier companies and companies operating an IT system and an electronic payment system. These entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.

Data storage period
Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:
1) after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling),

2) secure or pursue any claims due to the Administrator,

3) fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligation (resulting e.g. from tax or accounting regulations).

Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be stored until its revocation.

You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify (correct) your data, the right to delete data (if you think there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it), the right to limit data processing (you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to their storage or performance of activities agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we process it unreasonably), the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer data, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (General Inspector for Personal Data Protection,

Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal ).
